Adekunle Ajasin University Announces 2018/2019 Post-utme Cut-off mark, Screening Date, Eligibility and, Registration Details

This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, for the 2018/2019 academic session that the Admission Screening Exercise will commence from Monday, 3rd September 2018 at the University's CBT Centre.
Candidates eligible for the test are:
Those who made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) their institution of the first choice in the 2018/2019 UTME and scored 180 and above;
Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their institution of first choice; and
Those who sat for the 2018/2019 UTME, scored 180 & above and are willing to make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko their institution of first choice.
NOTE: Candidates who did not make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, their institution of first choice initially, but are willing to choose AAUA, should make the necessary change of Institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA not later than 9th September 2018.
All eligible candidates are to visit the University website www.putme.aaua.edu.ng, to register for the screening test as from 30th July 2018 after the payment of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira) only, including bank charges.
Guidelines to Candidates for On-line Registration
Candidates should log on to the University's admission screening portal www.putme.aaua.edu.ng with VALID JAMB Registration Number to Create Account and generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) to make payment at any commercial bank;
Please note that the candidates UTME Registration Number and the Full Names (as it is on JAMB Slip) should be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
Candidates are to obtain a print-out containing the RRR number from the Bank upon payment of N2,000.00 only.
After successful payment, candidates are to return to the University portal to complete Biodata Form online and print out Examination Slip.
General Instructions to all Candidates
Candidates are advised to correctly upload their O-Level results and current passport photographs on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed in the case of O'Level requirements. The image format for the passport is JPEG and must not exceed 50kb.
The passport photograph must be clean and clear without glasses and cap/head tie.
AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB O-Level results.
Candidates awaiting O-Level results may also apply.
Candidates are to click on Admission requirements to check on UTME and O-Level requirements for their course of choice.
Candidates are advised to read the O-Level requirements of their courses and select the right FIVE subject combinations for their courses, which must include credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
Candidates who did not comply with the UTME subject/O-Level requirements are requested to change to the appropriate course on JAMB CAPS in order to be considered for admission.
Candidates should ensure that the online form is carefully completed, following ALL necessary instructions, as a mistake(s) may be seen as misrepresentation/falsification of documents, which shall lead to disqualification.
Candidates are then to print-out evidence of completion of the transaction and keep for future reference.
Cell phones and other electronic devices are not allowed at the venue of the screening exercise.
Candidates are to arrive at the screening venue an hour before the commencement of the exercise.
It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the screening exercise to enable them to be considered for admission by the University.
DATE OF POST UTME TEST
The test commences on Monday, 3rd September 2018, and the date for each candidate will be communicated through his/her e-mail address and SMS. Candidates are to reprint their examination slips after the receipt of the SMS or e-mail notification.
Candidates are, therefore, advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers (without DND). The University will not take responsibility for the failure to get information as a result of invalid email addresses and functional phone numbers.

KWASU Announces Important Notice to All Candidates Seeking Admission for the 2018/2019 Academic Session

This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking admission into KWASU that, our Pre- Admission screening for 2018/2019 session has been extended for the next one week. The portal will be reopened for candidates who have chosen KWASU as first choice and those who have not but interested must go to JAMB website to change to KWASU as their first choice.

After registration on KWASU's website, prospective candidates seeking admission are expected to undergo Pre- Admission screening which involves certificate and citizenship verification and the second screening exercise involving medical and character screening to ascertain their fitness to undergo undergraduate training in KWASU.

It should be noted that only candidates who meet our minimum standard in the two stages of our screening exercise will be screened for admission into KWASU.

Specifically, UTME candidates who fail to score a minimum of 180 in JAMB would not be considered for admission into the University. In addition, candidates who fail to make KWASU their first choice University would not be admitted into KWASU even if they meet our admission requirement.

All candidates are also to note that, if it is discovered, at any time during their Academic pursuit in the University that they have used results suspected to have been forged to gain admission into the University, such students will be summarily expelled from the University in line with the University laws.

FUOTUOKE Announces Post-UTME 2018: Cut-off Mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

The Federal University Otuoke, FUOTUOKE Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into ALL COURSES/PROGRAMMES for the 2018/2019 Academic Year has commenced.

Candidates That are Eligible for FUOTUOKE Post UTME.

The following categories of JAMB UTME candidates are eligible to apply:
A. Candidates who took the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2018/2019 JAMB UTME examination.
B. Candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in the university and scored 150 and above in the 2018/2019 JAMB UTME examination. Candidates in this category are advised to do the necessary change of institution to Federal University Otuoke 72 hours before applying for any of the under-listed programmes.

How to Obtain FUOTUOKE Post UTME Form.

Candidates are to make a Non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only by using a Debit Card or pay at the bank option for application processing and Post-UTME fee.
Candidates are to visit www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for detailed instructions for the online application.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION
Candidates are required to upload the following documents:
1. Recent Passport – size photograph
2. Copy of 2018 JAMB UTME original result printout
3. Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result
4. Copy of LGA Identification letter
5. Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
6. Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result Checking Scratch Card Details
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION
1. Use a digital passport photograph
2. Use the same name as used in your JAMB UTME and in the same order
3. Submit a valid email address and phone number in your online application
4. Upload your O’level checking scratch card. For candidates combining two 01evel results, both scratch cards should be uploaded accordingly

DATE OF POST UTME EXERCISEThe date for the POST UTME Screening Exercise would be communicated Via this platform.
ITEMS FOR SCREENING TEST
a. Candidates are to bring the following for the screening test:
1. Acknowledgement letter
2. UTME Result Slip
b. DO NOT bring the following items into the screening test hall:
1. Mathematical tables
2. Calculators
3. GSM phones
4. Bags of any kind
All the items in (b) above will be confiscated if brought into the screening hall. Federal University Otuoke will not be held liable for loss of GSM phones seized from candidates.
DISQUALIFICATION
CANDIDATES WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF UTME SCORES, ORDINARY LEVEL RESULT GRADES (WAEC, NECO OR NABTEB) AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGIN SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
Successful candidates will be issued a letter of invitation to report at the University Campus for further verification processes.
